1981 Chevy Corvette C3 packing a nasty 383 stroker.. upgraded transmission, suspension, and cooling system. This car wears dark blue metallic paint and has restored leather interior and a 165 speedometer...
The Chevrolet Corvette, in 1973, is in the beginnings of shifting from a muscle car to a sports car suitable for luxurious touring. The soundproofing, body mounts and the the radial tires add-up to an improved ride, although the energy absorbing bumper with the new urethane nose has added about thirty-five pounds to the front end. The 454 equipped Corvette this year is a second slower than last year, but "Road and Track" magazine commented that it is one of the best they had ever tested. The small block engine, particularly the L82 option, may offer better balance than the high torque big block engines do.

The brand-new Corvette Grand Sport combines the Stingray’s 460hp V-8 with the wide body from the Z06. The refreshed 911 Carrera S uses two turbochargers for the first time, making 420 hp from its rear-mounted flat-six. In execution, these two sports cars couldn’t be more different, and yet, they both offer supercar-slaying performance with a more affordable price tag. Your pick is?
